A new home awaits: SHFC’s Crystal Peak Estates opens doors to residents

The Crystal Peak Estates, a vertical housing project of the Social Housing Finance Corporation under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program, is now move-in ready.

This milestone is achieved less than two years after SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa and DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar joined President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. for an inspection visit in July 2023.

To date, the project has completed four buildings, totaling over 900 housing units, with more than 700 units ready for turnover for beneficiaries. In addition, eight more buildings are under construction which will cater more than 3,400 residents, further enhancing its capacity.

Conveniently located in the urban center of the City San Fernando, Pampanga, Crystal Peak Estates is strategically situated near Jose Abad Santos Avenue, a major road connecting the neighboring provinces of Bataan, Nueva Ecija, and Zambales.

This 12-story vertical housing project offers a range of amenities, including a central open park, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, tricycle terminal, commercial spaces, market, pocket gardens, and playgrounds.

Crystal Peak Estates is one of the 81 ongoing projects of SHFC 4PH program implemented by the SHFC 4PH Central Luzon led by 4PH Central Luzon Head Prandy Vergara.
